AMENDMENT & POSTPONE POLICY
We require a minimum of seven days advance notification prior to making an amendment or postponement to your stay. Amendment or postponement of less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be subject to 1 night full rate charge and we require cancellation or amendment via emailing to villamoreeda@gmail.com only. Credit card guarantee or cash transfer to hotel’s bank account is required.
Payment shall be made by the customer 3 days after receiving confirmation letter or 24 hours after telephone booking with the hotel.
Any additional requests will be directly charged to the guest as incidentals upon check-in at the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than 7 day(s) prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation made between 4 day(s) and 6 day(s) prior to check in date will be charged 50% from the total amount of rooms reserved.
Cancellation made between 0 day(s) and 3 day(s) prior to the check in date will be charged 100% from the total amount of rooms reserved.
No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of rooms reserved.
